These Terms govern the use of the website equipmentrentalibiza.com (the “Site”), operated by Avana Ibiza (Arnold Trojer), NIF Y4673804B, and the non-binding rental inquiry service offered through it.
The Site presents information about DJ, sound and lighting equipment available for rental in Ibiza and lets visitors submit a non-binding inquiry. No purchase, payment or rental contract is concluded through the Site. Any rental agreement is entered into separately, offline, between the customer and Equipment Rental Ibiza after we confirm availability and terms in writing.
Inquiries submitted through the Site or via WhatsApp are non-binding for both parties. Prices displayed on the Site are indicative “from” day rates in EUR and do not constitute an offer. A binding quote is issued separately, in writing, after we assess availability, dates, delivery and setup requirements.
All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, product renderings and code, is protected by intellectual property rights and belongs to Avana Ibiza or its licensors. Reuse without prior written consent is prohibited, except for personal, non-commercial browsing.
The Site is provided on an “as is” basis. We take reasonable care to keep information accurate but do not warrant that it is free of errors or continuously available. To the extent permitted by law, Avana Ibiza is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of the Site or reliance on its content.
The Site links to third-party services (e.g. WhatsApp, Instagram, external product manufacturers). We are not responsible for content or practices of third-party sites.
These Terms are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute shall be submitted to the courts of Ibiza, without prejudice to any non-waivable consumer rights granting jurisdiction of the courts of the consumer’s place of residence in the EU.
Once online booking, payment or direct rental is enabled on the Site, these Terms will be extended with specific provisions on payment, deposits, cancellation, damage, insurance and delivery.
